Freeconferencecall.com offers Free Online meetings. After discussing with the IT committee members this seems like a very valid option for meetings to continue meeting even if their facility is closed

One of the best features that makes this platform perfect for NA meetings is the Q&A section, this will mute all participants and prompt the participants to "raise their hand" in order to be put into a queue, so that not everyone is attempting to talk over each other.

If you are a web servant these are the steps to take this information, and post this on your area's website, for the specific meeting.
1) Log into your area joomla Backend. areasite.org/administrator
2) Select Meeting Manager
3) Select the time of the meeting
4) Add the virtual meeting details to the special announcement section. (65 Character Limit)
5) How to Join information, Because there are Character limits in these sections, this is what I would suggest placing on the website under the meeting section.
